This Privacy Policy explains how PushVideo AI ("we", "us", or "the Service") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our website and services. By using PushVideo AI you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, country, and password hash.
  • Content: prompts you submit, uploaded reference material, and generated assets.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store transaction records but not card details.
  • Usage data: pages visited, generations performed, credit consumption, browser and device info.
  • Cookies: session cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences (see Cookie Policy).

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and provide receipts.
  • Generate the assets you request via third-party AI providers.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of the Terms of Service.
  • Send transactional email (password resets, receipts, service notices).

3. Third-party processors

We use trusted service providers to operate PushVideo AI, including but not limited to:

  • Supabase (authentication and database)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • fal.ai, OpenAI, and Google (AI generation)
  • Cloudflare (hosting and delivery)

Your prompts and reference material may be transmitted to these providers to fulfill your request.

4. Data retention

We retain account data and generated assets while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove profile data and generated assets within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly in My Account or by contacting us via the Contact page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique password and enable additional protections where available.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
