Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PushVideo AI ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property.
  • Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, or to create deceptive deepfakes without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent access controls of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute Service access without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Credits and payments

  • The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate content.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in the local currency at checkout.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may adjust pricing with prior notice; existing credits are honored.

5. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party terms, you own the outputs you generate through the Service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for the legality of your prompts and how you use the outputs.

6. Service availability

The Service depends on third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time. Where a paid generation fails due to a Service error, credits are refunded automatically.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUSHVIDEO AI AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from My Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
